Well well, would you believe it, i think in 14 or so years with this band and the mighty Hi on before that, it was the first time we played in Manchester
Swifty and myself were an hour late getting to the venue, and Rader Rob who was 2 junctions ahead arrived half an hour later, Rader Rob, NO more like Stevie Wonder- taxi driver.
Anyway we were met by the prettiest sound engineer, Claire, and the support band, and quickly set up for sound check.
After 30 mins both bands sound checked, off for some grub and back to find loads of lovely naked and half naked girls, sharing our dressing room Embarassed

After the support band had done their set, i was doing the changeover, and was surprised to see a familiar face come up to say hi
none other than ex ironically drummer Dave Shaw, who tells me he now sings, very sensible Mr shaw, i should do the same.Sorry i missed you for that drink, catch you next time, i could'nt get passed all them girls in the dressing room Embarassed

Not a bad night, noisy crowd,and the venue want us back november time
so check back for dates. thumbup
